Wow. I can’t possibly thank you and all the wonderful Trilogy team enough for making the recent family holiday for Henry possible. Not only did we have a brilliant time together as a family - but once again you’ve broken down barriers and opened new worlds of possibility for our Henry! On behalf of Henry and the whole Latham clan, thank you for your generosity and your courage to make this happen. Thank you for all the giggles, the laughs, the long walks, the double lunches, the stolen cheesecakes, and for the inspiration to dream about what we can do next! You are simply the best.

Trilogy Disability Services is a boutique disability service provider, focused on working with people with disabilities, trauma and mental health to achieve their person-centered goals and live an empowered life.

Drawing upon over 30 years of experience, Cathy and her Co-Director Nicole (Nicki) opened their first property in March 2017, specialising in children’s respite care. Six years later with up to 20 properties located on both the Central Coast and upper North Shore, Trilogy Disability Services is still growing and expanding to serve more people who require assistance with daily living.

We have a large team of passionate and dedicated support staff that work collaboratively to create outside-the-box experiences with and for participants, helping you to meet what’s possible.

What People Are Saying

“I wish to pay homage to two of your employees who I observed this morning at a barber shop at Erina Fair.

These young ladies had two young persons in their care and were treating them with such kindness and respect, that it quite honestly brought tears to my eyes.

What wonderful people you have employed, exactly the type of person I would want my child to be in the care of, should they ever need it.

Please pass along to these two women my congratulations and utter respect for the way they treated their clients. What a pair, congratulations to you and them.”

“Two of my beautiful children, Jordan and Olivia, have been cared for by the Trilogy Disability Services Team since Koolang Cottage was established. Trilogy is passionate about constantly broadening opportunities for people who have a disability and partners with parents to provide super-responsive actions to any concerns or requests.

Cathy has created amazing memories for our family (Make A Wish and more) and has been an enormous support for us during some super stressful medical dramas. Jordan and Olivia are happy, healthy and cared for by a team of terrific people in a home-like environment.

They attend live shows, watch footy training, participate in art and music, and I get daily posts/photos of what they’re doing. I couldn’t be happier with the care they receive – I don’t know what we would have done without Cathy and Trilogy.”

— Vanita C.

“Trilogy has undergone substantial growth during my employment although, despite this, the care and support provided to both the participants and staff has continuously been proven to be the business’s priority.

Trilogy has provided me with so many opportunities both personal and career-wise. During my employment, my self-confidence and skills have grown significantly due to the supportive and outgoing team!

Alongside this, I have also had the opportunity to study my certificates 3 and 4 in allied health with Trilogy and furthermore, developing my personal skills and improving the care provided to our participants which is nothing short of exceptional.”
